Spirit Week at St. Cecilia
Thank you for helping your child participate in our spirit days!
Here are our special days this week:
Advent Project
Thank you to the families who have already donated to the Advent
project. The School CashOnline link is open until Monday. Even
if it is a small donation, the family receiving our hamper will
appreciate our generosity and love we have provided.
Language
The children did a wonderful job writing about the reindeer
that they drew. I was proud of them. They got a chance to
read them to the kindergarten classes. They were so
excited! I will send them home this week for you to see it!
Thank you for your support with the Home reading bags.
Please ask your child to not write on the plastic sleeves
or papers that I share for home reading. It saves on
photocopying/ paper.
Math
We continue to gather data and interpret the information.
Religion
We will be having our Advent week 3 liturgy together as a class on
Monday. On Tuesday, we will gather as a school community for our
Advent liturgy. The children are excited to learn more about Jesus.
We have made our own Advent Calendar in class. Everyone made
a special message and we open one up during prayer each day.
They are always so excited to see who it belongs to that morning :)
